Leaving tomorrow for 3 weeks. Gonna miss my sweet girl. She’s going to come visit for a week but I know how important staying with her routine is too. #workingmom but when she comes what’s something we should do together in Lousianna?! Any great kid ideas?

In Lafayette we have 🔸sky zone trampoline park 🔸Children’s museum of Acadiana ( there’s a grocery store, cafe, bubble station, vet clinic, local tv station, and a lot more stations worth hours of fun) 🔵 in Youngsville we have the Kart ranch (which includes an indoor arcade room outdoor mini golf and go carts) 🔵 in Henderson we have 🔸Cajun Fast Track (this includes a huge arcade room, laser tag, mini golf indoors, bumper cars, XD Theater, and go carts under a covered canapé) HOTTEST MOST FOR SOUTH LOUISIANA!! 🔸Also in the same parking lot as Cajun Fast Track is the Prehistoric Track (take a walk around nature and find dinosaur exhibits along the way!) all of these locations are at most 45 minutes from New Iberia!

You will be about 20 minutes from where I live now! I was born and raised in New Iberia! How exciting. There is much to do in Lafayette (20 minutes away) and many above gave great suggestions...Avery Island/Tabasco, zoo, etc. I hope you enjoy our FOOD...nothing like it! One of the best things about this area, as well as the friendly people. Enjoy your time!

If you’re gonna be in NOLA the Audubon zoo and aquarium is fun! I live little North of Alexandria, La so south of there, besides New Orleans I’m not sure what else is kid friendly. If you’re around Shreveport they just opened an aquarium there and there’s a Sci-port that’s pretty cool. Has a planetarium in it and an IMAX theater.

Beignets at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans, Coffee Call in Baton Rouge. Planetarium and Arts Science Museum in Baton Rouge. Knock Knock Museum and trampoline parks. There are also a few places to ride horses in Baton Rouge like Farr Park Equestrian Center.

@kramergirl there is a dinosaur park in Breaux Bridge. That is very close to where you will be. Only reason I know is because they have been talking about the film nonstop for a few months. If you go, I suggest eating at Poche's. The best food EVER!

If you’re close, the Audubon Zoo in New Orleans is amazing is amazing!! And going on an alligator swamp tour was so much fun for my kids. It’s about a 2 hour boat ride total. And they feed the wild gators. And if you’re lucky you can see wild hogs!
