So guys I tried to compile my favorite core exercises in a routine I’d do on the days I feel like giving my abs and back some extra love but still not going too hard on them! 🙌🏻 Let me know if it’s ok to watch in this format and I could make some more videos of workouts targeting other muscle groups in the future if it’s interesting! ☺️
I love doing workouts like this one, I love feeling my muscles getting stronger and I love knowing it could help me in ballet! 💙

I LOVE THIS!! 😍 I feel like I'm already seeing results hahah! It's super intense so I needed a break between some exercises! 😂🤪 Could you please please do one for arms? I have quite weak and floppy arms and need some help with that, however I don't want them to become bulky! 😓 Thanks! 😁😊

To answer the question: yes, a very good format for your videos. Whatever you choose to share seems to have the knack of being interesting and useful both for those following a similar life and career path and fo those who are interested onlookers.....

@marachok I used to do ballet but was never flexible or athletically fit, I would love to get my stamina back but also improve my flexibility and strength - what did you do to be able to do everything you do today? 😊✨
