I started my digital detox about 3 years ago and now have my entire team do it for themselves. Have you done a digital detox before? Did it help? How do you disconnect?

I worked for a huge corporate company for 7 years before opting to stay home with my little one, which I’m so thankful now that I get to do but I loved working and being productive. I hope that even CEO’s of large corporations see your message and try to be more thoughtful ❤️

I started doing this last year when I have my summer holiday, one week travel and one week with detoxes such as juicedetox and digital detox and then just read magazines, take walks, spoil myself, Spa time, like when there was no social media! Glad to hear you encourage this to your team as well!! 👏🏻😍

laure_mi_hyun.croset Thank you! You are absolutely right. It’s incredible how we can sometimes be more connected to people who are not so important to us and not even physically there and neglect the person in front of us. Even for a minute it’s rude and sad, making us waste a lovely moment.

thriftorious One time while my phone was charging I went to the bathroom. Does that count? It was horrible, I didn’t know what to do or think and ended up reading the back of a Shampoo bottle. Lol jk love putting electronics away for some solitude.

defne_kzlz Every two weeks, sunday or monday I‘m doing a digital detox. But i never define that as detox, its more a „i dont care about all the social stuft“ on that one day i dont take a call, i actually don’t even Look at mi phone

bykriskeys It’s definitely needed. I tend to gravitate towards documentaries, magazines that I haven’t read and books while ditching the digital stuff. It sparks way more creativity than being plugged in 24/7
