Exercises-
A.
GHR sit up: 3 sets 15 reps.
B.
Dragonfly’s: 3 x 6-8reps. This one is very intense if you do it properly.
C.
Sit up twist punch: 2 sets 12 reps each side.
D.
Sit-up to punch: 2 sets 12 reps.
C.
Hammer tire hits: 2 sets 10 reps!

most of these, especially the first one and third are terrible exercises that A-have no real applicable value in everyday life and B-are mimicking over flexion patterns in lumbar spine that result in disc bulges and herniations. First exercise is really really bad for the back. Even more trying to make it look like an explosive movement. Dude be conscious with what you post. 2.4 M naives souls... I easily can see kids trying to replicate that and breaking easily their lower back. 🤷🏻♂️

@stevecook will extending the crunch work the lower abs more? I imagine yes but it would be key to stretch so I don’t tear anything pushing my body past a point it was before right?
