At the end of the day I still want to put all my energy and focus into sharing a healthy outlook on a balanced lifestyle and keep motivating myself and pushing myself to do better and progress in my journey - no matter what shape or size I am! But realistically, it’s not that easy!! It never has been. I’ve had so many setbacks mentally, physically and emotionally and I always know I’m going to make a come back. But not knowing if I still have a positive impact on people often affects me too. I am never 100% happy with my body or how I look and I think it can definitely be reflected in my posts and activity on here because I fluctuate SO much - but I am experience enough in this to know that’s the whole point. We are all on a journey whether it be in our fitness & health or our career and love life - no one is ever perfect and we all want to do better. My body has not bounced back to the lean shape it used to be after the last couple of years and all the work I consistently put in but now I am stronger physically and a lot mentally stronger too. I don’t have such low low’s, and I pick myself up a lot quicker 🤗 @womensbest supps literally always keep me on track with my diet and you guys should know that cause I’ve literally been using them for 5 years hehe.
