mandee_yoga I have very bad shopping experience with your company. You didn’t refund me the correct amount of money. I have been dealing with your customer services team since June. After numerous explanation (I don’t know why I have to make a simple calculation to your staff so many times), you staff finally understood the mistake you made and told me you would refund me the correct amount of money last month (it was early/mid July). Until to date, I still haven’t seen the amount in my account. I have contacted you via live chat today. You staff said your team will resolve the problem by the end of today and send me an email. Still no response. Can you please tell me what else I should do to get my money back? I have always been an online shopper but this is the first time I’m dealing with such an unprofessional and irresponsible online shop. 👎🏻 such a shame that I really love your products.

luanjoyyy It was my first time shopping and i followed the size guide which turned out to be too large. The online representative told me there's a note says sizing may vary depends on the style etc. I said i don't see it. The person pointed out it's on the button(it's below the ring size section not the shoes size section). i said " okay who can see that..." then the representative replied "Hmmm... How do you want me to answer that? People with eyes? " this is ridiculous!
