akpadron @westelm future customers, heads up that they charge you white glove service to deliver terribly destroyed and stained furniture and deliver your new pieces via UPS without notification so it gets left at your front door for anyone to take. Save the hundreds of dollars @westelm charges for this and go somewhere else.

jimwoodmt Very disappointed in West Elm business practices. I ordered a sofa and a side table and before they were even delivered, West Elm put them on sale for a lower price. It seems to me that West Elm should honor the lowest price on a product at least before the product is delivered.
