musicboy909 I have just received my New Aeron Chair 20 min ago, and when I opened the package it was damaged, the back panel fabric is cut and torn in a few places. I immediately called Mr. Manu Nair from the Authorized Dealer CJ Living, from whom I bought the chair, and he is blaming me, saying I must have used a blade on it, or cut the chair deliberately. I have paid 100% advance for this, and this is really shameful to be blaming the customer like this. I did not expect a company like Herman Miller to send me a defective piece, and then on top of that blame ME!! This verges on fraud and dishonest business practice.
