Physique update and cut starting point 😳🙈 I decided to do a cut for the Olympia this year just to feel a bit more comfortable in my skin and give myself a lil break from eating so much lol⁣

I am not the type to “cut” for events - I don’t think that short term “look” goals should be more important than your long term goals (for ex. taking a long off-season to grow. Don’t sacrifice that time doing mini cuts every month) BUT, I have been in off-season for just under a year now and I think it’s time to pull it back a bit!⁣

This is not the start of prep, I just want to feel a bit more comfortable in my physique and also just switch gears! I am definitely happy with where I am at and I’m not by anyyyy means cutting because I hate the way I look, but I’ve been in a surplus for so long that I’m just excited to switch it up a bit!⁣ You already know I’ll be documenting most of this on YouTube, but I did just want to give my starting point on here as well and I’m excited to see what we can do! 🤗⁣
