Bare nails + vintage accessories. I’m taking a break from gel manicures for a while, and am trying to strengthen my nails. So far I love my @vegamour biotin gummies, @theouai’s rose oil for massaging into my nails and cuticles, and a nifty nail treatment pen I received from @isdinusa. I’ll share all of the products in my stories but I feel like I can already see a difference in the health of my nails. Any other tips?

laurenmorrell25 If you someday decide you can’t stay away from gel manicures, The Gel Bottle makes an awesome product called Builder in a Bottle. My nail tech suggested it, and now we use it under my gel polish all the time. It also comes in really lovely neutral colors that can be worn alone. It’s been a couple months, and my nails have never been longer or healthier, and that’s not something I ever thought I’d say about gel polish!

kellymcastillo I’ve given up gel manicures and opted for dipping powder. I love it and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to gel. I was never comfortable with the UV light to begin with and all the scraping and rough filing. I’m so much happier with dipping powder and my nails seem stronger and healthier also

check.out.my.melody Use 100% therapeutic grade Myrrh Essential oil. It's binding and will do wonders for your nails. I'll warn you though, be careful with the lid and getting it on the rim when you screw it on and off. Because it's binding, it can be hard to get it open again 😂

pearlsplates I put a scoop of @vitalproteins collagen peptides in my coffee every morning. Can’t taste it. And it’s strengthened my nails and hair significantly. I needed them after a stopped doing gel manicures and it sure helped make them strong!

prettylittlefawn @laurenmorrell25 ah thank you! I do prefer to go to @color_camp because they use more natural products, but I haven’t heard about that product. Sounds like it would be up my alley!
