This book is a very good read. We cannot function if on overload. Day dreaming is more productive than multi tasking ! Clarity, focus and a good team is so so essential to happiness, productivity and success of anything..... #informationoverload = #frustration ..... not just for creatives. #timeout to organise essential x 🙏🏼

luxandbloom I couldn’t agree more.... one of my favourite past times is just ‘thinking’ ... and I find after a session my brain has opened up to problem solve and be more creative .... should be encouraged more at school don’t you think ?
