burls1978 Unfortunately my moonwatch still in service. I’ve been really disappointed with its durability and reliability. Hardly worn, carefully looked after, pusher button at fault which caused leak, condensation built up, 3 years old. Sent off for a service mid June. Two months of correspondence. TBF - they have had to wait for my go ahead with the repairs which was granted just two weeks ago BUT this prolonged saga of over two months has mainly been due to OMEGA’s poor response time of getting back to me - hence the lengthy delay at Southampton UK Omega services - poorly handled. I’ve had to do most of the chasing tbh. The worst and most expensive unjustified service I’ve ever experienced. I was so excited to receive this watch on my wedding day, I can’t say I that I’m excited about getting it back. A brand of watch traditionally bought through the generation stops here. Gutted. Disappointed.
