My pup loves Sunday’s at the beach! It’s also an ideal place for me to reset and recharge for another week ☀️🏐What are your go to things to do over the weekend? And, I mean not grocery shopping or errands!🙅🏻‍♀️

michaeljohn05031 @michellewkwan I am in Vermont so for me the go to is a quiet hike in the mountains. I have trails I can hike where I won’t see another person. I have a favorite spot where there is a big rock that I like to sit on and think about life. Today was one of those days where I didn’t want to leave. So peaceful and recharging.

samueltanur Did a silent hike ! Check out @mindtravelmusic . They are on a 21 city tour and will be coming to the west coast ! One of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had.
