sweetkateee If the zero start was an option I would give this company employees that. Zero customer service. Rude and disrespectful. I order couple of items that I wanted to get for my vacation this Friday. Had to wait almost 3 days for them to ship it out. Called the customer service line to look for an option where I could pay the difference in payment for the shipping cost or get a refund to repurchase it right way. the only options they give me are to either wait until the items gets back to the warehouse or repurchase it with my own money, Still wait for a refund. They did not offer a solution. after waiting he had to call the supervisor to rephrase it for me. Again not offering a solution or some kind of credit to compensate the fact I lost money with them. The supervisor than after takes the time to disrespect me giving advice on before buying next time to read clearfully the policy(in small prints) they clearly just want you to invest ur money with no type of responsibility on their end. So disappointed, with the customer service, with the whole ordering. I like forever 21 but they need to create a way for the customers to shop efficient, for us to not have these experiences.

sweetkateee @forever21 thank you for the script but you won’t be able to help me, I have received this type of comment from you guys couple of times today. Took time to explained the matter but all you guys do is apologize and read the same script.
