I fell skiing 4 months ago and ruptured my ACL (Anterior Crucial Ligament) and as I am sporty, love tennis, determined and not quite Middle Aged I qualified for a reconstruction. So I am 8 weeks in to my new knee and am doing T 25 lower body every other day (the low powered version) to get the muscles around my knee strong again. I have always loved Shaun T! I feel amazing post sessions as does my knee. Just wish I could run again, jump again and being in holiday wish I could jump in the waves in Portugal with my kids but I can’t this year. However I will get strong! If you can do it you are very lucky the body is an amazing thing, look after it, be good to it and it will work for you. Start today.

Week 2 of Transform 20 this week. Plus trying to push through while also working a 60 hour work week. I was putting it off and saying I would start when the work settles...but as that is not happening I started Transform 20. I am scheduled for 275+ hours this month. If I can do my workouts every morning before my workday and still take care of my kids, dog, hubby, house and yard work, what is your excuse?? There isn't one...so go do something. My power is pushing through and giving it my all!! For me! I use the workout for just taking some me time in my busy day.

Motivate by example is all we can do in my case! I'm 61 had a hip replaced 4 years ago and I'm a professional dancer/instructor. After starting T20 and 25 and now a few others. The trick for me was to start and don't stop and don't look back! Im fortunate to teach one of the top Beachbody coaches her dancing and inspired me to push my body like we do when we push her dancing! Wherever you find the courage and strength to step outside your comfort zone ... Have faith and stay in the game😎

I completed the o.g. Insanity today! I started Beachbody with T25 and was intimidated by that but I became stronger and things started getting easier and I needed something more and enter in Insanity. Yes, I did modify some things at times and maybe slowed it down at times but 60 days of work- at times 60 minutes moved slow and other times it flew by but I am so proud of this fitness accomplishment!

I’m healing a hip injury keeping me from training for MCM MARATHON and not able to do MM100 - so I searched hip strengthening exercises on #BOD and there is an awesome one!!! Yay!!! I am incorporating them with a 30 Day Yoga Studio Challenge I am running!!! Hoping to be back to running this week!!! Its been 4/5 weeks and I’m dying from missing running #noexcuses #figureitout #yourlife 🤷🏻♀️😊💪🏻♥️

I don't know about the rest of the week, but today I went hiking with friends, and I completed a trail that a year ago I gave up on because it was too steep. The sad thing is that if i had just kept going another 5 minutes, I would have done then while thing! It felt so good to finally do it in full. Now I have another trail I hope to do in the next few weeks solo, and today I proved I could!
