chambana.trash.panda BUYER BEWARE! I am a Chuck T collector and I will NEVER purchase direct from Converse EVER AGAIN! I purchased three pairs of shoes from them when the pride shoes first came out this year, two of those shoes were the pride high tops. When I received them, they were large on me, so I called Converse to have one pair of shoes returned and the two pride high tops exchanged for a smaller size. Long story short, a month later I still had not received my exchanged shoes so I called again. The manager informed me that those shoes were now sold out in my size, and needless to say I was extremely upset by that! At this point, I also had not received my refund for the other pair of shoes. So the manager told me she would refund my money for all three pairs of shoes and here I am three months after placing the order and I still have not received my refund! I have called probably 20 different times and got different answers as to why that is from managers and associates on the phone all making up some stupid excuse as to why I don’t have my money or my shoes. Converse literally took my money and is making up excuses as to why they aren’t able to give it back to me yet. They had absolutely zero issues taking that money off of my credit card but they are having a world of trouble putting it back. They are highly unprofessional in their business dealings and I do not recommend anybody order from the Converse website!
