The greatest new insight and inspiration pours in when I’m connected to my body.
My deep dive into learning about the wisdom of the body over the last few years meant taking time to break down, to feel the emotions I had been suppressing and to learn how to process them and listen to my intuition.
Over the last few months I’ve been learning to integrate being connected to my body AND showing up in the world and in my work.
Example: showing up to work out or meditate every morning but LISTENING to what my body needs on the day.
Simple and revolutionary coming from years of Hustle and Grind>Break down>Rest> Repeat.
Now it’s time to re-build, to step back out into the world in a new way,
To show up for life and for work on a whole new level WHILST staying connected to the inner magic.
