a_motherslove07 I just had the worst experience!! I’m in new berry sc at a hotel waited hour and 30 min for my pizza for a driver in Greenville sc to call and say he has the order I gave the person on the phone my exact address including zip and he even said let me make sure we deliver there I have been on the road 8 hours and I have 4 hungry kids that waited all this time. So apparently I called a call center who sent the order to the wrong store now no one know which store need to issue my refund because the number the driver called from no one is answering!!!!! Current situation!!!!!

johnny_fives Bull shit pizza hut gone down the drain made complaint which has not been answered in 7 working days delivery driver on top reception staff unprofessional got my pizza which looked like the box had been sat on came to deliver the pizza with 4 people in a small polo cramped one can only guess where the pizza was kept on top that receptionist told i have to have it or wont get another unacceptable. If i was to abuse your staff would have got arrested but your staff can do what they like rob me for my money and i dont get nothing.

the__tibadis Pizza hut thinks the public doesn't notice that you have to order extra everything (cheese, sauce and toppings) in order to get the deal pizzas to resemble anything close to their regular pizzas. Come on ... losing customers by upping half your $5 deals to $6... we're paying attention! No wonder their sales are down and about to get worse!
