Recently I’ve decided to get my life back together and I’m really proud. For one, I’m quitting juul starting this week which will probably be one of the hardest things I have ever done considering I’ve been addicted to nicotine since the age of 15. I’m going to vlog my experience quitting since I know there’s a lot of people out there who are trying to quit as well, so hopefully that can inspire others. Also, I’m getting a personal trainer and I’m going to be working out everyday for at least an hour. I haven’t worked out since I was 16 and I can assure you that two days in - my body is sore as hell lol. I’ll also be changing my diet drastically. All I eat is fast food but I’ll be switching to 100% healthy with the help of a dietitian or a nutritionist. And lastly, I’ll be cutting down my alcohol consumption to only at parties. I’ve never wanted to change up until now because I’ve always lived by the terms “do what you want in the moment, I rather live a good life than a long one.” But recently I’ve had a change of heart and I’m ready to make the switch and turn my life around. I’ll let you know how it goes!!

you know what’s sad, i brought 2 wigs yesterday and i’ve never gotten so much compliments from people, or even more likes on tiktok and instead of fans commenting “first” they tell me how beautiful i am, but this woman @kristenhancher gets loads of hate when she wears wigs? but when she’s natural she’s beautiful (true) i honestly don’t understand

you try to inspire people and say your going to do better but then you post doing exactly what you said you were going to stop doing just a few days later, if you were actually trying to get better you wouldn’t post about it and actually give it a shot

Like 1st of all congrats for all those choices thats really good specially at ur age but 2nd the F* that you are “unhealthy” but still look bomb af 😩 life is unfair sometimes. But keep going girl and you look awesome with ur natural hair! Xx

All she eats is fast food.... damn she looks skinny!!!! But I must say, she will need to change her diet cause to me she may look skinny, but on the inside, there could be serious health problems on the way...

you guys realize if you’re addicted to nicotine you become dependant and will have withdrawals if you don’t get it in your system, quitting doesn’t happen over night and it takes a long time.
