@margaux__m__ Although I can’t say I “know” them I’ve been to the country a few times. Plus, I’m pretty sure all I asked was...well, you can re-read that. It was a polite and measured inquiry, especially compared to other posts...one you’re obviously confusing mine with, regarding France as a third-world country. Bonjovi!

@sneddysned Yeah, i really doubt this was a museum. Maybe it belonged to a private collector who owned the old building. There was a rich guy in Flint Michigan who bought an almost vacant mall to store his huge collection of oddities. Sadly he passed away and his family sold everything.

@fantomphish So you came here, saying French people (basically 67 millions people) "are famous for giving up", not responding to my question or even giving brief explanation, but it's me the pitty guy 🤣👏 ok bye !

@thatguypaulsanto To all of the people who have responded to you. At the end of the day all exhibits in a museum have all pretty much been abandoned at one time or another, So what is the difference?

@itsabandoned Could you correct the caption please? It is inacurrate as the artwork isn't there anymore (it is exposed in Lille) nor is the space in the picture a museum... Thx!

@halwalther People were offended by the museum so the French government decided to close it. Its what happens nowadays. I think political correctness has gone too far
