Next finally refunded me over a month later and then on the 25th June took €112 from my account against my approval I gave them a week to stop this transaction and they still took it.Then admitted it was error...Everytime you decide to take money from my account and then have to return it cause it's theft it's costing my money with the exchange rate!How long do you hold customer bank details for?

ellynicola MESSAGE TO ALL DONT BUY FROM NEXT ❗️❗️I have lost £150 of clothing due to the next warehouse ‘losing’ two dresses I returned and now they refuse to refund or give any compensation for 'losing' these dresses on site. I am so disappointed in the dishonesty within the company and there inability to investigate fully into how they have ‘lost’ these items. I have been a loyal customer for years and want to warn others!!
