I was recently introduced to the @oishii.berry Omakase berry, an exceptionally sweet and fragrant Japanese strawberry that's grown in an indoor vertical strawberry farm all year round just a few short miles away from the Bakery. So to celebrate summer, I'll be hosting a small aperitivo tasting of our Oishii Omakase Strawberry Sando (served on our homemade chiffon bread with silky crème Chantilly) on Friday, August 16th from 6:30-8pm at the Soho Bakery, along with Lillet summer spritz cocktails and a few other sweet surprises.
