@sunnys.blog thank you! I bought it out of town in Branson, Missouri, so I may have to go back up there. I’m just in the middle of nowhere, and about and hour and half from the nearest store. Think any of my local jewelers would do it? Unless, of course, that causes the warranty to terminate after I do that. I don’t know. It needs som scratches fixed, and I want to do it the easiest way possible while still retaining my warranty.

Don’t buy any engraved things from fossil again. The company will let you engrave on a stuff for free without telling you engraving policy. Thus, they never let you return it; for example, an manager, who is women at sawgrass mills mall, florida, she’s so rude to customer. I am wonder how the big company like fossil could hire the manager like her. Never and ever buy any stuffs from this company again.

I recently bought fossil gen 4 smartwatch. Tbh, i was really excited before owing one, but once i got it i don’t find it worth. It disconnects every now and then with my phone. Battery drains out too quickly. Doesn’t show correct heart rate. Doesn’t show number of steps i walked. I don’t understand whats wrong with it. Can you pls explain? @fossil

@kwik870 I would say if you had it done by another shop it's probably void the warranty. Your best bet is to probably just wait till you need a new battery and then drive to your nearest store and have it engraved while there in order to keep the warranty. ❤️
