Golden Years Hackney are tackling social isolation in our community by connecting the elderly on the regs and today was the summer party... 50 life points to my volunteer princess baby Lux you so cute and good. She gets so spoilt with pr gifts and Instagram trips so we learning about looking after others in the most fun way.
