rbrave1 @subaru_usa I TOOK MY SUBARU OUTBACK TO MONROEVILLE (WHERE I ALWAYS BROUGHT IT FOR SERVICE), AND WAS TOLD THE TRANSMISSION FAILED. COCHRAN SUBARU OF MONROEVILLE, LIED! They told me that my vehicle needed over $11,000 worth of repairs including an $8000 transmission or it wouldn’t pass inspection. My car sat on their lot for months for months as I was housebound borrowing vehicles to get anywhere selling things off that I treasured, to try to raise the money to repair this vehicle. I was never able to come up with the full amount. My Aunt, who is an attorney and lives 90 minutes away, said “before you take it to the junkyard bring it up here to Gearharts garage, The owner is a master mechanic and has been working on our vehicles for almost 30 years”. Long and short of it, my car needed $800. worth of repairs. It DID NOT need a transmission. THEY LIED. THEY DESTROYED MY LIFE FOR MONTHS!!!!! MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I FILED A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH SUBARU CORPORATE AND YOU REPLY WITH AN EMAIL SAYING “Thanks for the feedback” ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!!!! AGAIN, UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!! DO SOMETHING!

blake0825 @subaru_usa I could have came by and showed a picture of my Subaru. My 4th Subaru that sits, unable to be driven because nobody, not even the Subaru dealership can figure out any issues with it. It's having cooling issues which points to the many years of Subaru headgasket issues, but it shows no other signs. So essentially it's a 2000lb paperweight. For only being a 2010, I expected alot more from the car. Called SOA and they were like sorry, nothing we can do for you. Subaru appears to be going downhill and not as customer eccentric as they used to be.

usereusedusing Im on my 19th (i think) Subaru... I love them so. I could never afford a new one nor a used fast one nor could I save all of the ones Ive owned. But, Ive saved many of them and I hope their owners were happy. Ill forever be devoted to Fuji Heavy Industries.... considering Ill probably not own one since the name change.
