stephanie_doty91 We can’t really pass judgement considering we weren’t there and don’t know both sides of the story. I used to work in retail and it’s not unheard of for customers to over exaggerate or sometimes lie if they think they will get something out of it like a discount. I’m a definitely not saying that’s the case here. However I’m sure the situation could have been dealt with much easier by speaking with the store manager or calling corporate. Blasting a company on social media is quite childish.
