richardh80 Took my mum into the store into Brussels and the lady literally followed us round the store, we asked the price of a bag and she gave us a horrid look, we then tried to explain my mum has had her Longchamp tote for a very long time and loves it and so we want another one but one that goes over the shoulder, the lady just said "no, we dont have any" she was so rude, like she wanted us out the shop, I dont understand why as there were no other customers in the shop and there clearly was plenty of bags with straps, my mum was very upset. I tried to contact Longchamp through Instagram so I could provide feedback as they have lost a sale and I'm pretty sure we wouldn't have been the only one, however they have not responded. We now dont recommend Longchamp, shame because obviously their quality is very good but service terrible and unfortunately nowadays you need both to make a sale.
