Workout Wednesday with @alicia.todisco.training I was exhausted today.. but baby was sleeping.. Bean kept me company and I will push myself anyway. Would you fellow MS peeps or anyone want me to do an insta live of a workout ? Let me know in comments below. (We are working on total body strength today ..those are 25 lb weights btw! ..- and a goal of mine is to go from sitting to standing without assistance. So that’s what we are working on) ❤️

All the substitutions for movements would be helpful for people. I was diagnosed 1999, but started doing CrossFit about 4 1/2 years ago. I tell people I DO CF; I’m not GOOD at it. The subs for some movements are critical. I can’t run, but I row; I can’t lunge without losing balance, so I do something stationary holding the rig rack. That sitting to standing thing is hit or miss, too, but working out in a hot box has helped my endurance and heat tolerance. I think these simple videos showcasing what people can do are most helpful.

yes alive video my mother would love to see that and how many reps and sets are you doing the videos going so fast in there she would like to do this cuz she can do workouts better with a chair I see that you're holding on sometimes to the chair so that would be good for her 25 lb on my God that's a lot

@jamielynnsigler are you RRMS? I unfortunately got diagnosed start of last year and fell pregnant with my beautiful daughter who I gave birth to in January this year unfortunately I’m the third month into a nasty relapse! It’s been horrible! 😢 are you on any medication thanks so much 💜💜

My Husband has MS and is really struggling to work out. His fatigue is crazy at the moment (not just with the weather) hoping he can find some strength to battle through this already exhausting journey. Well done on your goals 💓 xcx

Yes! I would love to do a workout with you. I’ve been avoiding direct workouts since diagnosis as I’m afraid of over exerting myself. I really need to just push myself a little more. I do however stay active while I’m teaching PE.

Yes, I would love to. I'm so afraid to work out due to the MS. But I need to get my body back in shape. I was a bodybuilder back in the day but since I was diagnosed I've steered away from exercise. So let's do this video!
