milind_ If you consider the automotive era a terrible mistake then humans would’ve never progressed.. distances would’ve been greater than ever .. the only thing that has actually been a mistake or greed is that people bought more than one car and then kept buying more cars and even bought gas guzzling big trucks which no one actually needs . For 1 day in the month to haul stuff you drive a truck for remaining 29-30 days doesn’t make any sense for the wallet or the environment .

We have enough knowledge and technology to develop clean, affordable, renewable energy to power the entire planet if it wasn’t for the relentless effort of a hand full of white, elderly greedy men that want to. irishflame613 @smurphy7890 except for being reliant on the government to be mobile in a place where infrastructure isn't being kept up. Cars give you personal freedom, and regardless of the environmental factors, you will never parallel that level of freedom from the government with a bus ticket.

surreal_banter ? only New Yorkers would believe the automotive era was a mistake ?‍♂️ Half don't drive and the other half have had to deal with New York traffic half their lifes at least. In reality outside New York,it's nearly impossible to do anything without personal transportation.
