Earlier this year I had the honor of joining Operation Smile on a medical mission in Thailand. I’ve been a proud supporter of this volunteer based charity for over 8 years. We had just over 90 patients show up for screening day and about 60 were admitted to surgery. Sixty lives changed forever & I’m so grateful to have been a part of it. Thank you @thailandinsider & @operationsmilethailand and all the doctors, nurses, staff & volunteers who helped make this a trip I’ll never forget. 🎥 // @levimaestro

We need all the help we can get to make the world a better place. You also do well with your acting abilities in Vampire Diaries and Roswell.
