It’s been almost a year since my last trip back home to Japan.
・
Last time it was for baby-moon and this time babyS is having her first flight and trip to my hometown visiting the fam.
・
You can’t tell from this picture but I was super nervous about the flight. The cold stares you get when the baby cries..
・
Surprisingly it went very well and baby slept for 5 hours during our 7 hour flight. Except we had a terrible turbulence due to huge typhoon so we had to carry her most of the time... mommy was VERY tired. Hahaha.

Oh I totally know what you mean! My little girl cried on the plane for an extended period of time during a recent trip and the stares and advices I received were very unpleasant. ? I was both physically and mentally exhausted.

@landhaus_idyll omg your such an angel!!! I was stressed out at first but the guy next to me was snoring so loud I can hear it all the way till the back so then I was more relaxed Hahaha. That guy was nosier than my baby 🤣🤣🤣

I know your feeling! Also my first time bring my kid back in Malaysia ( now) and he is already 4 years old, well, thinking bringing toddler is easier because they sleep quite long time :) 7 hour pretty long ??

I always offer the mom to carry her baby so she could take a short a break or go to the toilet. It helps when you build a good rapport with your seat neighbor. Otherwise you'll both end up being stressed.

@simplytokyo Definitely will get use to it! 💖 Business Class to Japan has lots of grumpy businessmen 😂 Australia to Singapore Business Class passengers are a little more understanding 😝

The cold stares from fellow passengers make the worst feeling. And the stares begin even way back at the airport gate, before any proof of the kids making noise!
