santannahar I have not received my july bag! It's been ten days since it was shipped on july 10th which I got an email for and I just received another e-mail saying it was shipped the 18th? What is going on? Now it's saying there is no tracking available to know where it is.

jessieklls I never received my ipsy glam bag plus. It was supposed to deliver the 9th then got moved to the 16th and now won’t even give me a delivery date or tracking number. Where is my package? This delivery service is terrible. Needs an upgrade.
