federicocd @lufthansa missed my flight because of your embarrassing connecting service in Frankfurt. You ruined my day. Flying business class and being put on a bus with the entire plane. No assistance from your personnel. I run through the terminals when you could’ve helped me get there. Nobody cares. Embarrassing customer service. I booked that ticket a day ago. I paid more than anybody else to be on that flight and that’s how you treat me.
