sister___satan This isnt a post about Sword & and Shield, but it's the latest post as of now and I wanna shed light to my point of view. To be honest I dont care about there being a national dex, along as I get my fav pokes then idc. I was never really able to get every pokemon, and I played X, Y, OR, AS, Sun, Moon, and Ultra Moon and never once did I complete the Pokedex and I was always saddened by that. Now that the number has been cut by a definite 300+, it's a huge help. By cutting cut back on so many pokemon, your favorites may not make it in, but that just gives you an opportunity to connect with a new pokemon you may have never previously saw yourself using! It's a great opportunity to recognize other pokemon rather than fan favorites, so you can make your own NEW fan favorites.

rubendehosson To everyone who is planning to buy Sword and Shield while not actually liking it that much or/and being upset about the outrageous #bringbacknationaldex issue: DON’T. Gamefreak has progressively making worse and worse games for the main series and if we keep buying their games they’re just progressively gonna get even worse. Since Pokémon Go, they just wanna milk phone games and the older generations to earn money without taking any risks, rather than creating something new with passion that we have know and loved the older games for. Gamefreak is trying to earn easy money, don’t let them become the new EA! Save the franchise we love and skip out on S&S so Gamefreak will get the message! Please spread the word, thank you.

thedonm4k4veli_v2 It's sad to see the Pokémon Company focus on mobile games rather than what was their most anticipated game in the franchise yet, they don't wanna make as much money as they can (for whatever reason) by pleasing both new AND old fans, no, they just wanna make ends meet, cutting corners just to push out as many games as possible regardless of their quality, just like Bethesda. #bringbacknationaldex

jeremybird82 If you spend on, support, or watch other Pokémon products, merch, media, apps etc. even while not buying SWSH because upset, it just sends message to TPC they don't need quality games for the rest of franchise to sell, greatly reducing perceived cost of backlash #boycottpokemon

epicwinters273 Brandon has always been my favorite character Becuase he’s basically the first character I have ever played as when I first started the Pokémon video games! I started watching the anime series first before playing the main games starting in Gen 3.
