There’s something really powerful about speaking. I used to have troubles to talk about feelings, thoughts or ideals but once I started realizing that the only one can judge me it’s myself and that there’s nothing wrong to talk when you needed, I started feeling stronger and stronger. I feel we do many things that we don’t want or we find ourselves in situations that doesn’t make us feel good exactly because of the shortage of words. The woman I became now have no fears of being vulnerable, talk about what hurts me, what I want, what I don’t, I speak my truth and it’s the biggest improvement I’ve seen in my personality so far. I push you to do the same, tell to that person what are you thinking, why you’re suffering or simple tell that person you’re secretly in love about your feelings. We can’t act according to our silence but by contrast we can do it after knowing and letting the other person know what’s going on inside you. #mywords #thoughts #filmphotography #35mm
