She is wine, I am bread. It’s already third time when together with @unitedstatesoftaste we are making some unique meeting called „5 grains x 5 wines” where we pair some best fermented grapes with single variety loaves and tell stories of taste, land and craft. Our mission is to show people how amazing and complex the world of fermentation is and how much in common there is between bread and wine.
