Hey @kohls I have never shopped with you online and haven't shopped with you in YEARS and now I remember why... just spent over an hour trying to buy a $25 kimono with store pickup. It said it was available at several stores in my area. After many attempts to process the order, I kept getting a message to call your 800 number, which I did. Not only did I have to give repeat my information several times, I was also on the phone with your representative in the Phillipines for over 25 minutes...again, trying to place an order. She couldn't figure out what the promo code was and kept telling me your JULY15 code was only to be used with Kohls cash or whatever you call it. She then kept asking me what other towns are by mine to see if she could find the kimono. I gave her my zip code and told her that if I cant pick it up in the 2 stores noted online (and showing it was available), i dont want it. After 25 minutes of her fumbling around, I asked if it could just be shipped to me for free due to the inconvenience. She had to put me on hold and came back, again, asking for other towns near me. I live in a large meteo area and dont have time or the want to chase this piece around. She said unless I make a $75 purchase, you weren't going to waive the shipping fee. Clearly, my $25 order isnt going to matter to you in the long run, so obviously you dont care if I place an order or not, but your customer care tactics are shockingly absent and I was simply surprised that you wouldn't make an exception due to my experience. As a multi billion dollar company, I would have expected you to make an exception for a first time kohls.com customer. Crazy. Also, I find it questionable that your contact information isnt readily located on the website. Your executive leadership should review their policies on how customers can reach you to provide feedback, but clearly they dont care either. I don't really care that I didnt get the kimono, but I am pissed I wasted an hour of my life trying to order it. Thanks for nothing but wasted time.
