Small things, BIG Difference
Let’s Play to win N30,000 transport fare and a lunch date with me.
I’m one of those that believe that small things make a big difference.
I once dated someone whose mother didn’t think she should date me because I was just a blogger without an office and because of that, I started my delivery business; it was something small but it made a big difference in my life.
When I moved to Lagos, my friend asked his girlfriend to allow me stay in her house. It was a small thing to him but it made a big difference in my life today.
In 2008, I wrote a Facebook post and @bellanaijaonline reached out to me to start writing for them, it was a small thing but it gave birth to @360nobs .com
There are so many small moments in my life that made a big difference in me becoming who I am today.
Tell me about a small thing that made a big difference in your life.
@debolalagos will pick the winner based on the most captivating story in my comment section below.

I love your story Uncle Noble it is thought provoking and inspiring. I also do admire your style of dressing and the way you appreciate your wife. The Lord bless you more. My experience is similar and I really appreciate the lady for subconsciously motivating me. I met a lady in umuahia, a nurse, a very cute one. Her structure so awesome and deep down I wanted to settle with her. We decided to have a drink together and that evening we did hookup. We had several discussions and she asked what I do for a living. I told her I am a fashion designer and that I had great plans, mehn, her response was dehumanizing but to me it was inspiring. Noble, she said to me, better go and get a job. You are so jobless, trust me hunger WL kill you. Hmmm, I said OK. Thanks, I WL surprise you. Immediately I got thinking and started executing my business plans. 2years after our discussion, she attended my fashion house opening. She said Chyke am proud of you and I told her thanks for the motivation. She was shocked and asked how? You already knw my response guys. Am greatful to her and those who wish I fail, they are my greatest motivations. Thanks.

I remember when I gained admission I made friend with a guy they said was no good ☺ cos we do party and all, I remember me mentioning to him that I could produce aftershave for men, few months later this guy took me round iree in osun. State with samples of my products to introduce me to different barbing salons wow! Few patronized me and I was making little cash in school it was a little favor to him ooo but Idowu changed my life literarily. I didn't join bad gang I was making money for handouts and other things seriously this favor built me during EED I still taught people how to make soap and other stuffs cos everyone knew how I could produce stuffs! Sincerely I'm in tears now cos if I was not supplying the aftershave I don't know what I would have done to see myself through my national diploma year! Idowu thank you I would pay you back don't worry by GOD's grace

I haven't been opportune to go into the University after almost 11years out of high school.... I gave up schooling to fend for family. So I decided to go back to school this year. When I got to jamb office, I took the form got home and I was to register it and then something else took my attention and I left the form... Mind you, it was just few days to the end if registration. I was coming back from work the next day and I saw a girl about 18 crying and said that she lost the moneyfor the form and her aunty will kill her. I took her home and gave her my form and I gave her 5k to go register it and glory be to God, she gained admission into kwara State University... It was a rough stage in my life but I made a difference and that's all that count. A lot of people said it was rather stupid of me but it has made a difference already.

I stepped out of my house one morning and I saw a little school boy crying by the gutter. I asked him what the matter was and he told me his books dropped in the gutter ( he had no school bag). I helped him to pick his books from the gutter and told him I would buy him a school bag but I had no cash on me. I gave him my phone number and asked him to call me before leaving the house for school the following day that I will be waiting at the same spot for him. He came the following morning with his grandma and I gave him a token to get a school bag. It’s been 5 months and the grandma still calls at least once in a week to pray for me. #itcostnothingtobearayofsunshine
