닛코 산속 샘물을 한겨울의 추위로 얼려 만든 천연수 얼음.
투명도가 높은 이 얼음은 잘 녹지 않는다고 합니다.
옛날에는 많은 빙고가 있었는데 이제는 일본 국내에 5채밖에 남아있지 않으며 그중 3채가 닛코에 있습니다.
오늘 소개해 드릴 것은 '쇼게츠 히무로'에서 드실 수 있는 빙수입니다.
메뉴는 계절 과일과 초콜릿을 사용한 것 등 다양합니다.
