First and second lead world cup was over. It was 26th place in Villars and 25th place in Chamonix.
In Villars, I made a mistake in the choice of the move and I fell before pumping.
I had a lack of ability to think and climb on site.
In Chamonix, I wasn't able to switch to like a boulder when I got into a slightly bad move. So I fell before I did my best.
I thought it was very difficult to do my best at the competitions, and I disapointed that I could not climb as I thought.
But I have learned a lot, so I want to try the next competition!!

リードワールドカップの1.2戦が終了しました。
結果は26位と27位でした。
2戦とも出し切る前に落ちてしまい、すごい悔しかったし、大会でベストを尽くすのがどれだけ難しいことか、改めて学びました。
自分の良かった所、悪かった所をしっかり見つめなおして、大会で出し切れるよう、諦めずに努力していきたいと思います！

[BIHAKUEN]UVシールド(UVShield)

antwoprehj both Villars and Chamonix are over 1000m in altitude.The effective O2 level is only 18%, compared with sea level of 21%. Some climbers can be more affected by lower O2 level. I suggest that breathing pure O2 periodically on the day before climbing will be beneficial for the muscles.
