I want to send a email to you guys regarding the experience since I opened prime student October. Just of all I started with my yahoo and the verification team kept saying error error. I sent all my school stuff it kept saying need more for verification. I feel defeated when I should’ve used that sign and not fw y’all . I used my gmail verification student stuff went through easily so that was the account I used and assumed was only active. April 30, I get two charges 65.87 I’m like wtf! Call lady say you have to account I said that strange I’ve only been ordering and active using one. I asked to delete the yahoo one keep gmail. I go to read a book I paid for from kindle can’t find it I called hey my book they say it must be on the account you canceled I said how I get it. One person took me they can transfer another I’ll order it paperback form remove shipping I said okay started the process she said I’ll to do it . I gave her my card information I said mam the shipping is still on there she said don’t worry x5 times I still worried because what people say and reality totally different. Sure after I pressed order she didn’t know how to go in a manually set off shipping I was frustrated misled and overcharged cause the price was 2-Day price! Asked to speak with the manager she apologize and said that wait til it ship out I’ll remove it and give you 50 gift card. Later that day, my Amazon Student account gmail was canceled authorized leaving me with no account. I called at work I was furious, who did they didn’t know they offered me to open I said no... she put a 25 on the yahoo when it should’ve been on the gmail. The one lastly close but who may I’ve been doing all the thinking for this company I was over it at that point. July 15th y’all had a sale I was just going to order stuff regular no big deal but I was having difficulties and I called and talked with a princess . She was kind and helpful I told her I need a kitchenaid for college and cooking equipment and y’all and having a sale.

I also informed her of everything that occurred and how my account was closed she wanted to look into and fix it because the July 15/16 deals was for prime members only she said sign up n I’ll see the notes make calls and get you back authorized and get the 6 month trail the Stephanie a manager promised . The kitchenaid red one said 95%sold order in 12 mins. I did while on the phone and when I placed it it didn’t allow me to because she canceled my account to try n do the trail come back on the line apologized said I didn’t know you would place on order right right now. I said mam’ it’s a sale a big sale and I said it first thing that’s the only reason I called I’m not trying to miss out on what I need. She was nice she said we will authorize it again so you can re order a kitchen aid and your stuff . I will give you a 30$ credit and walk you through it. She did I order the kitchenaid this time in rose pink order ending in 5407 July 15. The 25 credit was on my yahoo account so I ordered the cooking essential on that page same credit card.
Both orders was supposed to order by Friday July 25. I received the pending payment taking from my Amex 55$ on the 15th but not the 223.32 amount. So on the 19th I seen my credit limit decrease from $1,750 to $1,499 I said something isn’t right. I called amazon they said no payment went through. I called on July 21 and seen my credit limit and $1,223 I said I’m getting double charged or something is falling through because my credit limit going down. Amazon said no, no payment was taking it’s not us.

Hi, I’m a employee at amazon in Avenel, NJ. I’ve been employed for over 2 years showing nothing but dedication and hard work, all around being an outstanding employee. I got pregnant this year and things went left. I’m aware I’m in a warehouse but due to me being pregnant I should feel nothing but safe and secured by a job I’ve worked so hard at to have my back. My Area Manager is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to others. So I distance myself from him, I’ve talked to his boss and safety. But everyone’s says change buildings or there’s nothing I can do about my Area Managers behavior. Recently he announced we can’t wear crocs. Mind you there hasn’t been a safety incident to put this in place. I’ve worn my crocs for 5 or more months but now I can’t? I need help from higher authority. Please reach out, it’s unfair to work hard for a company and not have the same in return for this TEMPORARY situation while I’m pregnant. I should be accommodated without issues on hours for the building, keep in mind people have lives we never know when we’ll get to start a family. I said so I’m not being double charged authorized pending nothing just one attempt. They said yes. I called amazon 2:03 in the morning he said yes there were two attempts from amazon for $223.32 taking and approved from us. Don’t worry if you only ordered and authorized one transaction the only will fall off I assure you. I said no are you really assure I’m tired of back and forth. Yes said don’t worry come Tuesday you’ll account will be clear. Tuesday July 23, I go to pay Amex my credit limit is at 1,003 this point I’m dead. I feel nauseous angry disappointed disgust misled misused and misrepresented. I called Amex first what’s going on they said 703 is pending and approved charges from amazon. I said y’all need to fix this both parties been saying not me and I’m pissed. I called amazon on three way. The lady said the charges failed each time no payment has been excepted the Amex credit card manager said I have the authorized code let me give it to you. Amazon refused said can’t be on three call. And Amex said this is a delicate matter the customer of both of ours just want to resolve the issues and not keep getting overcharged.
