According to @bof, Chanel has hired Fiona Pargeter to lead the company’s diversity efforts. Pargeter was previously Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Swiss Bank UBS across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. What do you think about luxury fashion brands adopting diversity and inclusion strategies?

I mean you shouldn't just be hiring someone because of their race, I'd rather hire a white guy who knows what he's doing that a black guy just because we don't have any other black guys. This is useless in my opinion, fashion should not get involved in this topic
