Unlocking Stories is open to the public on the top floor of our London flagship on Old Bond Street and provides complete access to the processes, stories, teamwork and materials that went into select looks from the Alexander McQueen Spring/Summer 2019 collection. From the treasury of ideas and clothes by Lee Alexander McQueen through to the inspiration and creative processes developed organically by Sarah Burton in the studio today.

Explore every step of the design process from the early stages of material selection and drape, pattern cutting and paper dolls displaying the intricately detailed construction behind every design to the rails of hanging toiles and final looks from the SS19 collection.

abbyjacdesigns I was just there and accidentally discovered it. It was our favorite part of a two week vacation. To see the entire process and how the inspiration led to the final piece/collection. It took my breath away. We met Maria who amazed us! She was so generous with her time and explained everything from an insiders perspective. What a totally wonderful and unique experience.
