Thank you for sharing the story! I personally choose not to take medicine for anxiety, as I never felt like myself while I was undergoing the treatment. For me taking care of my diet (I'm still amazed how eating/avoiding certain foods, having a specifi macro split can impact anxiety), spending time outdoors and exercise help more. But I am glad to see people sharing different viewpoints. People should choose the means that work for them!

Hey @esteelalonde! I just started vaping cbd, I find that it has helped with my anxiety a lot as well as sleep! I like to do it in the bath while watching Netflix ?

It was just want I needed! My anxiety was triggered for the first time over the last month and I'm still trying to find ways to cope and to go about my day to day.
