@jwoww I cannot thank you enough for being so honest and raw about your situation with your son. My son was diagnosed at 3 , and at 10 he still has very limited communication. We’ve absolutely gone through moments like you described on tonight’s episode and I’ve absolutely had those thoughts...Wishing someone would offer a hand rather than stare and judge. And let me tell you... I felt your words tonight... cause “this bitch is tired” too... but as tired as we are , we push... we push through all the difficult with a smile . Just don’t forget sometimes you need a good ugly cry. Cause trust me, we autism moms may make this all look easy and like we’ve got it under control, but if we don’t talk about it and let those who surround know how we truly are feeling, it can be very damaging. To ourselves and our kids who are depending on us to pave that road for them. And I think it’s great you’re confiding in your friends and not sugar coating it for them. True friends won’t run away from difficult times. They want to understand your pain, because they want to be there and to help.
I think you’re doing an amazing job, and you’re an amazing mom. Can’t wait to see all the good you can do for this community ?

My son is going to be 11 and is on the autism spectrum and my daughter will be 7 in a week and is also on the autism spectrum. I’ve walked in your shoes and saw the pain in your eyes and that same tired face looking back at me in the mirror. But I can tell you, early intervention is the key! My son has come leaps and bounds because he started therapy around age 3 and we lost a lot of sleep but went all in, he was non verbal and had major meltdowns but he is now reading/learning at high school level and can hold conversations with anyone. It’s rough at first but you are doing right by your boy! I have a tattoo on my arm because my children are my heroes and I survived breast cancer 3 years ago but the tattoo says “ I would not change you for the world, but I will change the world for you”! That is my attitude! I will move whatever mountains I have to for them to have good lives. You seem like you would do the same, it’s hard but you are strong enough to do this for your son. Bless you and your family!

hi my strong friend. I say friend because we have something in common. I just saw the episode when u spoke about your son n I couldn't stop the tears. my son was born at 24 weeks..1 pound 11 ounces..stayed in the NICU for over 4 months. he has been diagnosed with autism and ADHD. Lord knows how your words hit home. I have scars from him n to tell you tales would have your time at the airport seem like a day at a park. Be STRONG my friend..n most of all be patient. they are our blessings n they only have US. remember eventhough we change change his diagnosis..never let him see that ur love for him has.. ??

Stay strong, Jenni! ? I know how you feel. I got disability but not really, I am just only deaf. But I have my law in cousin is 13 old year who have austim and few of my family have different disabilities. It broke my heart to see you talked about what happened at airport. I don't understand why people didn't do anything to help at airport. It will take time to give better everything for Greyson and his future. You are great mom and you never give up on him no matter what. Go Jenni!

It broke my heart to see you like this. And I am sorry that you and your family are going through these struggles. ? I have worked with autistic children before and it will get better. I m so glad you sought help for your baby early as this will greatly help him. Stay strong and surround yourself with people who love you and that will be there for you. Love, strenght and prayers for you and your family. ❤️❤

I been watching you guys from the start, this episode was raw and so personal for you all to share the stuff you go through. Really emotional to watch, but thank you guys for letting us be apart of it. It’s nice to see people always having each other’s back, we need more love and support in this world . So sorry for what you have and are going through, but you are strong and you will keep kicking ass.
