Amanda Seyfried is setting the record straight after criticizing influencer Arielle Charnas for "flaunting" her lifestyle and promoting "unhealthy" body image. Link in bio for her message "to all who felt bullied or thin-shamed." (📷: Getty Images)

In my view, this whole discussion is ridiculous. Arielle has every right to post whatever the hell she wants on her social media. She’s svelte after two kids. Good for her, if that’s what she wants and was able to attain it. Not everyone’s journey, for sure, but it’s hers. I don’t take offense if she has money or resources that maybe I don’t have to help her achieve her goals, because like I said... that’s her journey, not mine. People these days seem to feel like they have the right to call someone out on social media for posting almost anything because (s)he is somehow offended by a simple post and feel compelled to blow it all up outa proportion to “raise awareness” on something that (s)he is bothered by. My advice? If you are bothered by it, then “unbother” yourself and scroll in by. #problemsolved

Her body image is not unhealthy nor is it unrealistic how dare Arielle Charnas criticize Amanda for showing off her post baby body. She worked hard to get her body back good for her! I have twins that are 11 months I carried them only to 8 months (they were 1 month early) I blew up to 201 from 140/150 and now I’m 125 I hear it all the time I had twins I lost so much weight blah blah blah everyone should just focus on themselves and not Shame another woman for her personally progress she didn’t do anything wrong! Whatever happened to things like female empowerment and if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all?! This shouldn’t even be a topic of conversation ??♀️

I've come across many thin people who want to gain weight but their biology is against it. They eat like horses wolfing down food that would make me gain weight by just smelling it. Stop this nonsense. Everyone's body type is acceptable. Use your brain and choose wisely who you want to follow. Then again, don't be a follower. Use your reasoning capabilities to identify when a person's body is the way it is due to manipulation or biology.

??♀️ People need to understand that the only thing that matters is YOUR OWN POINT OF VIEW on YOUR OWN BODY! Screw everyone else’s opinions. If you yourself feel you have a problem with your body, then just fix it yourself because YOU feel that way. NOBODY ELSE. This debate shouldn’t have been started because THAT IS BULLYING!!! Leave the poor woman alone and leave her be!

If that were the influencers body type- fine. But she’s FLAUNTING it, this makes it seem as if everyone should look that way after giving birth, that being that thin is something all new Mother’s should strive to be. Her post was showing off her size, Amanda said NOTHING wrong.

Who is to say what a real woman should look? I had three babies and guess what I went right back to a size 0. Just because some women don’t have a the after baby body doesn’t mean she doesn’t have a “real woman body” . We should be uplifting each other not body shaming!
