I was so disappointed during the recent Red Tag sale. I bought hundreds of dollars worth of items, and was so excited to get the All Roads lumbar pillow and another item greatly reduced. But many days later, I get the email saying they had been cancelled because they were not in stock?! I feel like they greatly reduce popular items to get us ordering, then entice us to spend almost $80 for free shipping, but then cancel what they never had in the first place. Good customer service would be to offer me a one-time discount on another lumbar pillow, like the Yucca one, so I would still get the discount price I was told I would get. I just don't know how this is any way to do business.

I have had a HORRIBLE experience also with an online order placed on 7/5. They took the order , and did not have the merchandise!!! Did not notify me, I had to find out on my own, when i went to check status.
Many unsatisfying phone calls with the worst customer service ever! I wrote to their CEO as well as woman that heads Anthropologie division, and did not even receive an answer. They credited my shipping, but did not credit the merchandise!!!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE out there!!!!!

I purchased an order online and I just received an email it was cancelled. Why would you sell products you don’t even have in stock?? And instead I get a free shipping coupon when I spend $75 online. Lol. Why would I ever online shop @anthropologie again when you don’t even have some of the products you’re selling online. So disappointing.

@lima_lemons18 ugh agreed! Same thing just happened to me. Only it took about a week to find out the order was cancelled and never was going to be fulfilled. Had I known I would have purchased those items in the store when you had the sale. Come on. @anthropologie please keep better track of your stock, it’s ridiculous

@lima_lemons18 i hear you. I had several horrible experiences too with Anthro. And the last one really made me stopping from buying from this brand. It seems that, and in the way their customer services treat us, they don’t value us at all. They just don’t care. Very disappointing. I used to like this brand.

@anthropologie . I had the same thing happen. I placed an order a while ago, but my free shipping offer was expired. So I placed an order anyway, hoping to take stuff on vacation. Order is still incomplete. Won’t be here for another 2 weeks. Wish I could cancel it.... so disappointing
