Etudiant en anthropologie, je dois partir au Mexique cet été dans le cadre de ma formation. J’ai cependant dû subir une opération cérébrale d’urgence, j’ai donc dû reporter mon voyage. Or, malgré le fait que je vous ai transmis une lettre de l’hôpital expliquant que mon état de santé m’interdise de prendre l’avion durant une durée déterminée, que j’ai annulé mon premier billet aller/retour (probablement déjà revendu au double du prix initial), vous avez refusé que je l’échange, même en payant la différence ainsi que des taxes supplémentaires. J’en ai donc repris un autre (au double du prix du premier). Quand vous avez daigné me répondre, soit plus de dix jours après vous avoir écrit, j’ai seulement eu le droit à une réponse standardisée m’expliquant que seules les taxes aéroportuaires (soit seulement un septième du prix du premier billet) me seraient remboursées. Ma situation médicale, économique, et mes impératifs académiques, n'ont par ailleurs aucunement été pris en compte, et ce, malgré l'énorme profit que vous avez réalisé sur un seul vol. Etant donné les circonstances, je me permets donc de revenir vers vous afin de solliciter un réexamen du dossier et de me faire rembourser le premier billet.

@airfrance what a disorganized joke air company! My boyfriend is a loyal customer ,he had a flight from London Heathrow to Paris and then Lagos , and he was 1 minute late apparently!!! For security check no one has helped him to go without the queue escorting him . Instead they were sending him from person to person ... who didn’t want to deal with the issue and had a nasty attitude being unprofessional and rude. I personally fly with airflot and they always have helped when I was late escorting me and helping out ... your company is a shame to all members of the sky team ! All you care about is making money you don’t care about your customers and your workers really need some training because they clearly don’t like the job they are doing! How can you provide such a poor unprofessional customer service? Your motto should be “We don’t care about you “ instead of “ we care about you “ because you clearly don’t! I am so gutted !!! Your company is disgusting and you don’t value your customers at all ! My boyfriend’s card was left at the shop in a different town he can’t even get to his work on time !!! All his family travelled with Air France but they won’t anymore!!! Such a joke !!!

@airfrance To add to what I’ve said earlier on , online there is no information whatsoever in regards to the security check deadline,this information is absent from the official website,therefore the message is not effectively communicated to the customer.This is your job as a company to make sure you information is available to customers rather than turning into a “surprise “ ! If the information is absent or false deadlines are given this is a case of procedural irregularity which should not be tolerated under no circumstances !!! According to the The Consumer Rights Act 2015 or customer protection rights act unsatisfactory quality product or in this case service should not be provided! It’s your job to make sure you inform your customer and it’s your responsibility to resolve this issue !!!

@airfrance If we fly to Tokyo with 2 small children, will you leave us without bags for 10 days? On July 6th we spent 5 hours in passport control at the Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport, when Air France sent us there without informing or checking whether we needed transit visas. I had to harass the FSB customs officials to give me access to water, food, diapers and baby wipes after the one and only Air France representative just didn’t show up. The FSB was far more helpful and accommodating than Air France! 10 days later, we still have no bags and Air France is quite unsure where they may be, but they suggest we search through CDG Lost & Found on case their incompetence landed the bags there.

Problème lors de mon vol de vendredi
Les équipements de sécurités étaient défectueux: ceinture de sécurité montée a l'envers. #Airfrance mets en dangers les passagers puisque on m'a obligé a voler comme ça !!
