尾上右近さんのインスタグラム動画 - (尾上右近Instagram)「The latest issue of écat magazine is out now! I’m introducing the Kabuki play “Tōkaidō Yotsuya Kaidan “ or “Yotsuya Ghost Story” in éclat magazine this month. Oiwa was betrayed and poisoned by her husband, Iemon Tamiya, and tragically killed. Iemon was haunted by Oiwa, who became a horrific ghost… This is probably the most famous Japanese ghost story! I recommend seeing it on a hot summer day as it’ll make you shiver. I was being filmed as poor Oiwa growing weary of the impoverished life. By the way, this play will be performed in September at the Minamiza theatre in Kyoto. I’m not playing in it though.
