Ingredients:
2 Sweet Potatoes
1/4 teaspoon of Flavorgod S+P
1 teaspoon of Flavorgod Italian Zest
2 teaspoons of coconut oil
2 whole eggs
Directions:
Pre heat the oven to 400F.
Wash sweet potatoes thoroughly as you would other vegetables.
Pierce sweet potatoes a few times with a fork, then microwave for 2-4 minutes.
Add the sweet potatoes to a foil lined baking sheet and place in the oven to bake for about 10-15 minutes.
Your potato should now be soft on the inside. Cut a thin horizontal slice off the top of each sweet potato. Using a spoon or melon baller, remove some of the sweet potato flesh, leaving about 1/3" rim inside to hold the egg. Reserve the flesh for another use.
Drop 1 teaspoon of coconut oil into each hole, season with Flavorgod S+P and cover with a cracked egg.
Bake for an additional 25 minutes at 400F.
Season with additional Flavorgod S+P and Flavorgod Italian Zest to taste.
